Refund policy

At Bank of Billionaires, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do offer returns up to 14 days after purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if:

• You receive a defective or damaged product (must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence).
• You receive the wrong item due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it can be canceled or modified once emailed to do so. An email can be sent to BankofBillionaires@gmail.com with all order inquiries or changes.
